Blue Stream Global and MilestreBV sign agreement for Customer Care for Livelink

Blue Stream Global LTD (“BSG”), a business development company,
specializing in the ECM industry and Milestre BV, a successful solution provider for Open Text and
Microsoft, today announced the signing of an EMEA partner agreement, by which Blue Stream Global will
represent Milestre BV in the company’s expansion into new markets and territories.
As part of the agreement, BSG will help facilitate Milestre’s involvement as a solutions provider by
connecting them with key resellers, highlighting their Customer Care product for LiveLink. BSG will also
spot market trends and respond accordingly to ensure that Milestre’s product will successfully be
implemented according to the industry-leading processes and procedures that Milestre has based there
development.
