Customer Care is a LiveLink module, with a view to support issue management. Its most important functions are:
- Customer-specific classifications of issues is possible;
- Per issue type you can have your own completion procedure;
- Each issue gets its individual ticket number, which can be organized in accordance with the client’s specific needs;
- Escalation procedure support is supplied;
- Integration with existing customer databases can be provided;
- Microsoft office surroundings can be integrated with our product;

Publishing On Demand (POD)
Books and lecture notes can be ordered ‘on demand’ from a bookshop or printer’s respectively via the Net. Next to ordering online, the complete control of books and lecture notes is also arranged via the Net.
